V. Establish a Board Service Fund at $3,000

VI. Designate a day, place, and time for the 2024 regular board meetings

VII. Establish Standing Authorizations:

  1.   Purchasing Agent – Superintendent
  2.   Advance Tax Settlements – Treasurer
  3.   Accept Resignations - Superintendent
  4.   Investment of Inactive Funds – Treasurer
  5.   Employ Temporary Personnel – Superintendent
  6.   Apply for State and Federal Funds – Superintendent
  7.   Approve Personal and Professional Leave – Superintendent
  8.   Title IX Compliance Officer – Director of Personnel/Special Programs
  9.   Board’s Designee for Student Suspension Appeals – Superintendent
  10.   Board’s Designee for Suspension of Personnel – Superintendent
  11.   Board’s Designee for Public Records Training - Treasurer
